As we deal with immediate digital processing, order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that the studio work or distribution process has not already started. To request a cancellation, please immediately WhatsApp our support team with your UTR ID.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered or the distribution process has been initiated.
Refunds are strictly applicable only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- We are entirely unable to fulfill your requested service due to internal technical issues.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment (UPI/Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.
